ASEAN Online Safety Academy
The Internet helps young people learn, create and explore their interests. However, it can also leave young online users vulnerable to risks such as scams, misinformation, cyberbullying, security breaches etc. To equip ASEAN youth with the knowledge and tools to make smart and responsible choices online, Google, together with ASEAN Foundation, designed a series of monthly talks on online safety. This initiative, which ran from November 2020 to February 2021, is designed to deliver safe and positive online experiences for youth across the region.
